Shipping and delivery information
Standard processing time for orders is 24-48 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed. It cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.
VAROSH ZOVANI does not ship on weekends or major holidays you will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed.
If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed.
In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or by check mailed to the address listed for the order for the amount initially paid. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by VAROSH ZOVANI at any time.
Once your order has been processed by our fulfillments team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.
INDIA Shipping Methods:
VAROSH ZOVANI offers free standard ground shipping for orders above $200 shipping within the contiguous india.
Orders take 3-5 business days to arrive once your order leaves our distribution center in delhi/ncr
For all other purchases, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and estimated weight of your package.
We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
We do not ship to po boxes.
International shipping options and costs
International shipping rates vary. During checkout we calculate shipping costs based on your location and estimated weight of your package.
International orders - customs fees, import tax & duties
All international orders (outside of the india) the total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.
All international orders will ship express courier (air) free at checkout. Shipping method can no be changed please allow 4-5 business days for international orders to be processed.
Failed delivery/ returned to sender/ abandoned packages
If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender VAROSH ZOVANI at the customer’s expense.
If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local dhl/ups center for pick up. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender VAROSH ZOVANI at the customer’s expense.
For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to VAROSH ZOVANI at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.
Packages will be held at customs for 30 days, after which it will be deemed abandoned. Customers who have abandoned a package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order.
Damaged/opened box
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at support@varoshzovani.com.
